The Vendors Obligations

Under New South Wales Law a property cannot be offered for sale or marketed prior to the agent holding a current Sale contract and a signed Agency Agreement.

Before marketing the property, your agent can suggest certain repairs or maintenance issues that will improve the salability and value of your home.

At Ray White Seaforth we guarantee an open line of communication from the moment we first meet until well after you have moved into your new home. Our Vendor’s receive a phone call after each inspection to advise of the outcome and this is followed up by a written reports each week.
